Exposure Licensing Worldwide Goes County
Richards & Southern, Inc. proudly announced on January 1, 2008 that they have hired Paula Ebling with Exposure Licensing Worldwide (ELW) as their licensing agent. ELW will seek new licensing opportunities for Richards & Southern’s current artist/entertainment roster, negotiate business terms, generate new business ideas and secure leads.
In addition, ELW will develop and implement licensing strategies, which protect the integrity of the client’s intellectual properties and foster growth.
Because the roster size is so large, Ebling admits that the best approach is to carefully select categories that best match the property and the demographics being targeted by each artist. Products being sought out will include apparel, gifts, collectibles, home décor, jewelry and accessories, just to mention a few.
According to Ebling “this is a big opportunity for me and I am thrilled to be working with Richards & Southern and the many artists they now represent.”
After graduating from college with studies in Fashion Merchandising and Retail, Ebling went on to be a buyer for two well-known clothing stores. Years later she learned of an opening in the licensing department at Ducks Unlimited, Inc. and Ebling applied for the job never have worked in the industry before. Her retail and buying experience made it a good fit for Ducks Unlimited’s new management position. With all of her skill combined she excelled in the licensing business and her passion lead her to start her own licensing agency in 2006.
Richards & Southern Inc. is the newest client on Exposure Licensing Worldwide’s roster list. With hard work and dedication, Ebling is certain her business will continue to grow with success.
